BJTech Launches “Balesin”, a Chatbot Platform for SMEs

Currently integrated with Line, to enter other messaging platform

BJTech, known as artificial intelligence platform developer returns with a new product called Balesin. Still involving chatbot and AI, Balesin will be specifically used to target SMEs. The solution offered is an easy management of automatic reply through messaging platform.

The chatbot will manage conversation and purchasing data from users.

“SMEs can make chatbot as easy as making social media. There will be some form to link to chatbot. The data will be an answer (when potential buyers chatting with chatbot),” BJTech’s CMO, Arra Primanta said.

He further explained some of Balesin leading features. Among those are answers and replies to submit easily; customization for greetings and stuff; inventory management; adjustable display also delivery cost calculation.

Those features are expected to help online sellers to cut some time in handling customers with similar questions.

Balesin also introduced a report of ongoing conversation. It’s possible for customer to reply immediately, in case there’s an urgent matter.

It’s been going on for two months, as early February Balesin acquired 1500 SME customers. The CMO expects Balesin to increase customers in 2019 in order to be more impactful.

Currently, chatbot in Balesin only capable to answer problems related to the product. The team plans to complete its solution by integrating with payment gateway, and available in more messaging platforms, such as Whatsapp (currently only on Line).
