Grab Partners with Kalbe to Enter Digital Health Service Sector
Support Kalbe's operational with Grab's services

Grab announces strategic partnership with PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe). Both are committed to develop better services through the MoU signing by Kalbe's President Director, Vidjongtius and Grab Indonesia's President, Ridzki Kramadibrata.
The partnership between both companies is a synergy between online and offline based services as a digital health ecosystem. Currently, Kalbe has some digital initiatives, such as Klikdokter and Kalbestore.
"The MoU with Grab is in a form of a synergy between online and offline based services in development to be a health ecosystem through Kalbe," Vidjongtius said.
As part of the partnership, Grab will support Kalbe's operational with its services. GrabExpress will provide Kalbe's product delivery for consumers can get the medical product faster at an affordable cost.
GrabReward, a loyalty program for Grab users will offer Kalbe's health products promotion. In addition, GrabAds is to support Kalbe's integrated campaign through its platform. GrabFresh will serve Kalbe's products online, and Grab for Business will support the automation of Kalbe's operational to be more efficient.
Representing Grab, Kramadibrata said the team is very welcome with the partnership which is expected to provide high quality of medical access at an affordable price through technology.
They said, "Grab was created upon a principal to give access and services at an affordable prices for public in Southeast Asia in terms of transport, food delivery, and grocery."
