LivEpicly Ready to Help Customers Reserving Seat in Restaurant

While there are several online restaurant review service in town, it's not that easy to find startup that able to go deeper and offer online reservation service. Meet LivEpicly. Serves like the Indonesia's OpenTable, LivEpicly helps customers reserving their seat in their favorite restaurant. With investment from INCYTE (Systec Group), LivEpicly is currently available in Jakarta and will expand its list in Bandung this month.

We've been spoken with Joseph Simbar from LivEpicly about this newly founded startup. He said LivEpicly was founded in mid-October 2012 and that time only had 6-7 restaurants as partner. At this moment, it has 15 restaurants in the list with most of them are popular fancy restaurant in Jakarta, and the list will be growing.

Through LivEpicly.com, diners can book a table online, get instant confirmation, have notification sent via email, create an event and invite friends via Facebook, and even have a notification put onto your Google calendar with one push of a button. What’s more, diners will receive points where they can redeem them to get cash vouchers.

After getting the investment, LivEpicly revamps the whole thing to serve customers and restaurateurs better with its new online booking system. But LivEpicly is stepping up beyond dining services by providing additional services to turn the overall dining experience epic. For example, going on a date will no longer involve the usual stress of creating the perfect seamless date. LivEpicly will allow the person to purchase flowers online and have them delivered at the restaurant for the surprise element. The most alluring part is that LivEpicly will doing all theses at with no additional delivery cost.

Not only less hassle method on reserving seat for customers, LivEpicly tries to help restaurateurs by gathering valuable data analytics. LivEpicly claims that restaurant that properly implementing LivEpicly reservation system will increase the revenue up to 30%. Also LivEpicly gives Android tablet for each partner to help accessing this analytical data.

LivEpicly app will be available for iOS and Android next month, and hopefully will increase customer experience on using this service.
