mig33 Launches Twitter-like Miniblog

mig33 strengthened its base in social networking services by launching a miniblog similar to Twitter. As quoted from VentureBeat, mig33 CEO Mr Steve Goh said, "We think miniblog could be a liaison, unifying our diverse range of services to users. Goh continued that miniblog was inspired by similar service owned by Twitter, Sina's Weibo, and Tumblr. This service will be implemented first time in Indonesia as the largest mig33 mass base and then expands it into the corners of Southeast Asia and South Asia. There are approximately 30 million of mig33 registered users in Indonesia alone.

Currently miniblog service is already available for 55 million registered users in mig33 after a beta test with 300 thousand users.
