Tiket Enters Travel Planning Industry for Corporate

Travel agent "cake" is getting worn away

Tiket is adding travel planing service for corporate customers. The new product makes the corporate market more attractive for business.

There is no official statement from Tiket until the news revealed.

Tiket provides special website for business customers to handle all their needs. All tickets from flight, hotel, train, car rental, and entertainment can be ordered through corporate account. The required documents to make corporate accounts include establishment license, company's TIN, domicile certificate (SKDP), business trading license (SIUP), company registration (TDP), ID representative, and others.

In the explanation, the corporate account can be made into several sub accounts to make it easier for some divisions to make a booking. Each corporate account will be given online access to make a booking and purchasing via website and app.

In terms of payment system, sub account member don't have to worry about the limit, they're free to submit as needed. Reservation can be made in advance. Consumers only need to discuss with Tiket team regarding invoice date for company to be issued and paid.

This type of order is highly attractive for big corporate which holding routine events, such as business trip or outing. Each division should be flexible to plan their trip without having to use travel agent.

On the other side, travel agent business cake is predicted to be more challenging due to OTA's players targeting corporate consumers. Aside from Tiket, participated also in this market other OTAs, such as Via and Bhinneka. Through partnership with Loket, Bhinneka provides ticketing service for entertainment, theme park, and MICE for B2B consumers in large numbers.
