Zomato’s Exclusive “Zomato Gold” to be Launched in Indonesia

400 restaurants have been selected as partners, open for the first 1000 members in Indonesia

Previously launched in the UAE, Portugal, and India, the food directory portal Zomato plans to launch Zomato Gold feature in Indonesia. It is a subscription service for all users to have access to food and drinks exclusively at Zomato’s partners – currently partners with 400 popular restaurants in Indonesia.

As a food directory platform that has been existed for the past 5 years, Zomato claims to have helped many restaurants to get known by culinary lovers in Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Bali. Currently, Zomato Gold hasn’t officially launched and the registration is limited for 1000 first members.

The subscription program Zomato Gold has also been launched in India’s major cities as its origin country. Zomato claims to have positive responses from users in the region. With the complimentary dish from Zomato Gold, Zomato Gold’s restaurant partners will provide two complimentary drinks.

The restaurant’s curated menu presents an exclusive experience for Zomato Gold users. The available subscription is for 3 months to a year. There’s no information regarding the price range for subscription in Indonesia.

As one of the information service providers for restaurant globally, Zomato, which prioritizes technology in its platform often presents features aiming to facilitate users. Previously, Zomato has introduced Editor’s Note feature.

It aims to deliver stories of restaurant owners to its customers. This feature is available in 9 countries, including Indonesia, India, UAE, Portugal, and the Philippines. It contains photos, videos, and posts about restaurants.
