APMF Adds Big Break Session for Startup Pitches
Asia Pacific Media Forum (APMF) is a place for executives and managers of advertising agencies, media, brand owners, media experts, research companies and academics from Asia Pacific regions and other parts of the world to discuss the dynamics of media industries in the world and the Asia Pacific region. APMF 2012 will be held in Nusa Dua Bali, on May 23-26, 2012.
In the APMF Big Break session, every startup will be given 5 minutes time to present its idea and capability in front of a forum. Andi Sadha, Chairman of APMF 2012 said that this session is one of APMF’s contributions in the media industry. This session is set to responds to the needs of new media and the fast-growing brand to increase its engagement level with the consumers.
To select and guide the five startups that will do the pitching, APMF formed a team of judges comprised of a few powerful businessmen. Among them are Shinta Dhanuwardoyo (Managing Partner of Nusantara Ventures), Kevin Mintaraga (CEO of Magnivate Group) and Ricky Pesik (Managing Director of SatuCitra).
Although the news release we received said that the registration procedure for startup on APMF website is located at www.asiapacificmediaforum.com, we did not find any information about Big Break on the site. The email we’ve sent is not yet replied by APMF until this article is written. We will update this story if there is more information about the registration process to participate in the APMF.
