"Indonesia is the largest mobile game market in terms of revenue and users. Gaming has become the popular activity in mobile devices after messenger, therefore we try to provide an additional value (through gaming) to allow them to be connected, share, and be entertained at a time," Matthew Talbod, Creative Media Works' CEO, said.
This is not BBM's first service integration. Previously on August 2018, BBM announced an integration with live streaming service Vidio.com, in order to welcome the Asian Games. They also happened to have worked with DANA to create in-app e-wallet.
BBM's vision to be an open platform, indulging users with various types of features. It causes the app becoming full. However, most of the integrated platforms have a strategic relationship with EMTEK group - such as DANA, an implemetation of EMTEK and Alipay partnership.
