Blackberry Messenger Is Now Integrated With Other Applications

Blackberry Messenger (BBM) will be able to integrate with your Facebook and Twitter account as Research in Motion (RIM) announced that it will complete the Facebook and Twitter applications with BBM connectivity. With BBM connectivity, BBM user will be able to easily share their Facebook status and tweets with their BBM contacts.

Other than Facebook and Twitter, other applications that are planned to be connected with BBM are BlackBerry Travel, BlackBerry App World and BBM Music. So, in addition to Facebook and Twitter status, BBM users will be able to easily share their activities starting from downloaded applications, favorite applications, planning a trip to downloaded music.

The connectivity with BBM will be available if Blackberry user has updated said applications with the most recent releases. If Twitter for Blackberry 3.0 has been available for download starting today, the latest application like Facebook for Blackberry 3.0, BlackBerry Travel 2.5, BlackBerry App World 3.1.2 and BBM 6.2 will be available for download in the next 10 days.

Alec Saunders, Vice President Developer Relations RIM, in a news release received by DailySocial, said that the BBM-connected revolution will continue to grow. It means, five applications to be released are not the last of popular applications that will be connected with BBM. Because BBM can be said as Blackberry’s major feature, RIM exploitation in this space is expected while waiting for another surprise that RIM will present on Blackberry OS 10 launching.
