Exabytes Acquire Master Web Network

Exabytes Capital Group (Exabytes), a Southeast Asia based platform, officially made an acquisition over Indonesia based PT Master Web Network (MWN) through SPV Masterweb Internation Pte. Ltd. It includes the subsidiary, PT Cyberdata Technology and PT Registrasi Nama Domain.

MWN is the second company created by Exabytes in Indonesia after PT Exabytes Network Indonesia in 2017. Founded in 1998, the company is to focus on website hosting service provider and others, including domain, cloud, VPS, and server management.

Indra Hartawan, Exabytes Indonesia's Country Manager said the service intends to help SMEs in developing business online.

"We've been operating in Indonesia since 2017 by offering hosting and premium cloud service. Along with our development, we want to invest on low cost hosting to expand users in the country with more than 200 million population," he said.

He also added, Exabytes catch a potential in Master Web Network with more than 50 thousand active subscribers, as an extra support for the group.

"Moreover, Exabytes Group has provide more than 120,000 active companies in total. We're also looking for more investment, such as technology, automation, and talent training for internal MWN to help business growth and improve its services in Indonesia," he added.

MWN's CEO, Dhiar Lukito Adhi said this acquisition is crucial to help SMEs growth in Indonesia.

"We're very impressed by Exabytes approach to help SMEs develop online business. Using expertise and professional team, is the key to cover broaden user base from local entrepreneurs in Indonesia," Adhi said.
