Grab Introduces GrabCar Ellite+ in Medan

Grab returns with a new program called GrabCar Ellite+ in Medan. Previously, this program has been introduced in Jakarta, Surabaya, Makassar, Bali, Lampung, Palembang, Manado, Yogyakarta, and Semarang. This program allows qualified Grab drivers to get some benefits, such as additional incomes and priority access.

There are some requirements to make a qualified driver for Grab Ellite+ ; (1) achieve the minimum target for a month, (2) no fraud, (3) obey the codes of ethics, (4) receive zero negative comments, and (5) good performance.

The GrabCar Ellite+ provides driver partners with some benefits, such as (1) Turbo Order, it allows them to get priority orders, (2) special attributes for GrabCar Ellite+, and (3) priority service in Grab Driver Center Medan.

Medan City Manager for Grab Indonesia, Angeline Jus, said that driver partners play an important role in the business process. GrabCar Ellite+ was emerged from their aspirations, in order to improve cooperation and service quality.

"We are very excited to announce the launch of the GrabCar Ellite+ program for our first-rate driver partners to have the opportunity to increase revenue with more financial benefits and priority services. It goes along with our commitment to improving service quality, as well as providing a better experience for driver partners," she explained.

"Based on the previous driver partner survey conducted in Medan, as many as 89% of the driver partners supported the GrabCar Ellite+ program. The launching is our appreciation for them, and to show them our long-term commitment in improving our driver partners' welfare in Medan and surrounding areas," she concluded.
