Koprol Will Use Yahoo! ID for Login Process

Koprol will change the way their login prosess using Yahoo! ID. Starting on 5 May, 2001, Koprol will change all the login process with Yahoo ID and users no longer need to use Koprol password to access their Koprol account from Koprol full site, mobile site or Koprol mobile app. In addition, users can also login with Facebook or Google account when accessing Koprol's full site.

Koprol also announced via their official blog and invite all Koprol users to do a login merge to connect Koprol account to Yahoo ID. This process will not change the profile display an existing Koprol account, simply change the way to make the process of logging in, also not going to change the email that was registered to receive notification of activity in Koprol.

Koprol also explains that users who previously have connected Koprol account with Yahoo ID no longer need to perform login merge process at all.

Beside provides convenience process to user, this change seems to be a way to provide additional experience for Koprol users to various existing facilities at Yahoo!, although not explained in detail, from their blog post, Koprol explained that the login process with Yahoo! ID will opens the door for a variety of other Yahoo! features on Koprol.

Koprol recently also added a variety of updates and features on their services, including news about partnership with ChalkBoard and Enjoy.SG . We'll see what facilities will be obtained for Koprol users associated with the Yahoo! services.
