Oracle perceives the cloud market in Asia Pacific is something highly tempting. Hence, to increase its product sales in the region, Oracle announced its plan to recruit a mass of marketers. Not 50, not 100, but 1000 people are going to be hired.
The acceleration of cloud business in Asia Pacific is also supported by the growing economic state in the region as well as the broadband and mobile infrastructure that has been more solid than ever. Le Guisquet further explained that with 1000 new marketers, Oracle looks to build a solid marketing team.
