Rocket Internet to bring Pinterest Clone Pinspire to Asian Market

We just learn that Zalora is not the only product Rocket Internet is planning to bring to this region. We found out that Pinterest-clone, Pinspire is also going live in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam. Pinterest is currently one of the hottest startup in the US, so it's just comes naturally that Rocket Internet is again doing what they do best and scale it to other region.

We have to admit that Rocket Internet is really bad with creativity but they're astonishingly good at scaling a company and selling them off; they've been doing this since 1999. They also have a good record for selling these companies, they sold Alando to eBay for $50 million, sell GroupOn clone CityDeal to GroupOn and Zynga clone Plinga to Zynga.

Recently they're also establishing their Zappos-clone Zalora to Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
