Valadoo Stops Its Operation

Valadoo is reportedly on the course of shutting its operation down per April 30, 2015. It may well  mean that Valadoo won’t serve any order from both suppliers and local partners later than the designated date.

We snapped the information from one of Valadoo’s partners.

The latest news we heard about the startup was when it announced its merger with Burufly back in August 2014, a merger which was considered as mutually strategic since it allowed both to offer travel e-commerce products and lifestyle that enables travelers sharing their traveling experience.

While the news keeps spreading, Valadoo has yet provided any confirmation about it. Here is what Valadoo told one of its partners through e-mail:

Dear Partner,Warmest greetings from Valadoo.com.We regret to inform you that Valadoo.com will be closing its operations activity as per 30th April 2015 on Thursday.Unfortunately, we will not be taking any additional bookings/reservation to our supplier or local partners as per 30th April 2015 and therefore we will follow up any accounting records and paying any outstanding invoices.We want to thank you for your past support and partnership and hope we will maintain this good relationship in near future. Indeed it has been a great pleasure in having you as one of Valadoo local partner.Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions or if there is anything we need to do to close our records with you before 30th April 2015.
