Zen Rooms Accepts Payment via Alfamart and Indomaret

Following the launch of hotel direct payment, Zen Rooms, a franchise budget accomodation company, is back with a new payment option using the biggest modern retail company in Indonesia, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart Group) and PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret Group).

In the release, the strategic partnership is said to be done after seeing customer interest to make payment at various retail merchants and increasing growth of mini market segment by 11% since 2015.

Jafar Jafarov, Zen Rooms Indonesia's Country Manager, said the opportunity is used to build strategic partnership with two biggest modern retail companies in Indonesia.

"We are committed to help consumer in finding the right hotel on budget and also to improve our services. One of which is adding new option for the latest payment system," he explained.

"Pay at Supermarket" Feature

Customers with no bank account, credit card, or other digital payment options may take advantage of this direct payment after making reservation on Zen Rooms website or app. By choosing Pay at Supermarket method, consumer can opt to pay in Alfamart Group (Alfamart, Lawson, Dan+Dan, Alfamidi, AlfaExpress) or Indomaret.

Zen Rooms will send confirmation email and booking code after the payment successfully made.

"Alfamart and Indomaret is two great players of supermarket segment. It will be an easier option for consumer on paying its reservation at Zen Rooms," Jafarov added.

In 2018, Zen Rooms plans to expand its services to several regions in Indonesia and Asia.
