Along with the shift in consumption, traveling is now considered as important household spending. Online Travel Agency (OTA) is a popular service to meet the demand on buying planet tickets, however each airline has actually created its own online ticketing service to cater it.
In this research, we would like to address consumer's perceptiveness about airlines' own ticketing services if compared to OTA services. We conducted a survey to 2030 smartphone users across Indonesia in collaboration with JakPat.
