Mobile App User Experience Survey 2018

The emergence of smart devices offers a natural and easy-to-adopt interaction. Along with smartphone’s feature enhancement, users expect a next level of experience. User satisfaction is no longer measured only by the service quality. Consumers expect a satisfying experience when interacting with applications, regardless the complexity of the workflows or business processes.

User experience evaluation has always been a very subjective issue. Each person has his/her own preferences. Many factors affect this assessment, including age range, education level, device type, and so on.

This survey is conducted by DailySocial, in collaboration with JakPat, to identify things related to UX for smartphone users in Indonesia. It captures user experience process when a consumer is using an app. The objective is to learn the habit and to understand Indonesia's consumer preference.
