After Uber terminates its operation in Southeast Asia (including Indonesia), there are many questions regarding consumer transition. In collaboration with JakPat Mobile Survey, we conducted a survey of over 1900 Uber users in Indonesia. This report attempts to capture the transition trends by consumers in Indonesia. It also answers the question: "Where are they moving?", "What are the deciding factors?", and "What to expect from Uber services?"
