PicMix and e-mas' Strategy In Synergizing Users
New business model with the partnership between PicMix and Orori

PicMix announces partnership with app developer e-mas, a sister company of jewelry e-commerce Orori, to hold a gamification promotion program in its app. It is called "Main PicMix Dapat Emas", all PicMix users can participate.
This program allows PicMix users to get free gold through referral menu for e-mas app in PicMix. Users will need to sign up to e-mas, successful registration will be given 0,1 gram free gold. Besides signing up, users can get additional 0,1 gold by installing e-mas frame in PicMix.
The program is held for each party to present symbiosis mutualism. For PicMix, they want to offer more benefits to the loyals. E-mas on the other side, wants to invite new users from PicMix app. PicMix users has reached more than 30 millions worldwide and nearly 10 millions are Indonesians.
"We always try to innovate any suitable and interesting business model with mutual benefit in partnership. PicMix used to have similar partnership with Mandiri E-Cash. Few similar mutualism partnerships are such as Telkomsel and several e-commerce [services]," PicMix's Co-Founder Rooberto Thamrin said.
E-mas app is developed to help users in gold selling and purchasing without any physical form. As for PicMix, it is social media-based photo editor that already launched since 2012.
Regarding PicMix product development in the future, Thamrin said:
"Earlier this year, we develop new feature called PicMix YOYO which packed as portable photobooth to be used by brand in below the line act such as events or roadshows."
"The advantages of YOYO photo booth is capable to print animated picture to 3D paper. Throughout 2017, there are few brands already used YOYO for their event," said Thamrin.
