Uncharted 4 Sapu Empat Penghargaan DICE Awards 2017, Tapi Gagal Menangkan Game of the Year

Judul-judul finalis DICE Awards 2017 - ajang tahunan yang dianggap sebagai Oscar-nya video game - telah diumumkan di pertengahan Januari lalu, dan pagi tadi Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences mengumumkan pemenangnya dalam seremoni DICE Awards ke-20. DICE Awards kali ini menjadi ajang paling penggembirakan bagi fans Sony. Bagaimana tidak, game eksklusif PlayStation 4 yang digarap oleh Naughty Dogs membawa pulang tidak kurang dari empat penghargaan. Satu-satunya judul yang berhasil 'menjegal' Uncharted 4 adalah permainan shooter multiplayer kreasi Blizzard Entertainment, Overwatch. Overwatch sendiri sukses memenangkan tiga penghargaan dan juga kategori paling bergengsi.

Dalam seremoni tersebut, Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences juga menunjuk Todd Howard sebagai penerima penghormatan Hall of Fame. Howard adalah seorang desainer, sutradara, sekaligus produser seri permainan role-playing  legendaris, Fallout dan The Elder Scrolls; beberapa kali juga sempat menjadi pembicara di acara DICE Summit.
