In this report, DSInnovate tries to understand the importance of e-commerce from buyers and sellers, especially from a SME perspective, to support the Internet economy. We dig deeper into their profiles and the social impacts that the availability of e-commerce has brought. We also try to gain insights from players and VCs about the future of the industry.
